I can't login to my account

If you're having trouble logging in because you've lost your password, then click the password reminder button on the login form. Simply enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a message with reset instructions.

If you still can't log in, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If you continue to experience problems logging in, contact [email protected] and we'll help you resolve the issue.

How do I delete my Cubits account?

Open a new ticket or contact the support team at [email protected] with “Delete Account” written in the email's subject line. Please write your reason for deleting the account in the body of the email. We'd like to use your feedback to improve user experience.

What is TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security designed to prevent someone from accessing or using your account, even if they have your password.

NOTE: We strongly recommend you to activate 2FA for your account. Please note that 2FA must be enabled in order for you to conduct certain actions in our platform.

How do I activate 2FA?

Cubits uses Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) as two-factor authentication system. The Time-based One-Time Password algorithm (TOTP) is an algorithm that computes a one-time password from a shared secret key and the current time.

Whilst we recommend Google Authenticator you can use any solution that supports TOTP, such as:

  • Google Authenticator (Android, iOS, Blackberry)
  • Duo Mobile (Android & iOS)
  • Authenticator (Windows Phone)
  • Authy (multi-device)

When you are ready to activate 2FA for your account we present a QR code that you then scan using the application. The app will then present a 6 digits code associated to your Cubits account which refreshes every 30 seconds. When you are prompted to provide your 2FA code you simply need to open the application and provide the currently displayed code.

Why isn't two-factor authentication (2FA) working?

2FA doesn't work when your phone is inaccessible while you're attempting to log in. If you've lost your phone or no longer have access to your messages, then please contact our support at [email protected] with proof you're the account owner. We'll disable your 2FA and you'll be able to access your account.

Why was my account locked?

Cubits team noticed some irregularities or suspicious activity on your account. As a result, your account was locked.
